Whether you’re a spectator, a competitor, or simply in need of refreshment, be sure to check out the 6th annual 2008 Reunion Village at the Head of the Charles® Regatta. The Village offers a fun and relaxed atmosphere located at the halfway point in the race on the Boston side of the Charles River.
Reunion Village Hours:
Saturday: 8AM - 5PM
Sunday: 8AM - 4PM*
*Please note: hours are subject to change for 2008 regatta.
Everyone is welcome at the Village. Clubs, schools, alumni groups, parents, boosters and travel groups are all urged to visit! A $1 donation per person will be charged at the entrance of the Village for unlimited day access, and all proceeds will benefit the regatta’s official charities.
The Reunion Village is a short walk to both Harvard and Central Square, as well as to public transport and the Row-A-Palooza music concert. The Reunion Village is also the only on-site location where it is legally permissible to serve beer and wine.
We do ask that all alcoholic beverages and food warming devices be left at home (personal food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted).

Location: The Village is located on the Boston side of the Charles River between the Weeks and Anderson Bridges. Positioned at the halfway point in the races, it’s one of the river’s BEST viewing sites! It is a controlled access enclosure and is steps away from both Harvard and Central Square, as well as public transport. It is also directly across the river from our sponsor displays and close to the Row-A-Palooza concert.
Concessions: Cold beer, wine, breakfast and lunch are available in a centrally located 50’ by 50’ concessions tent, or bring your own food, but please do not bring your own alcohol. Fires, grills, or other flammable equipment are not permitted.
