ALL CREWS submitting entries must complete an Institutional Registration Card (IRC) prior to receiving a Crew Entry Application Form. See below for the paper form.

Institutions representing college and university teams comprised of undergraduate students eligible to compete in intercollegiate athletics in accordance with NCAA rules must require members to compete as part of their college or university institution through the use of one recognized Institutional Registration Card. For more information click here.

Crew Entry Application Forms will be issued only to eligible institutions from which a completed IRC has been received. An Institution is eligible to receive a Crew Entry Application for the 2008 Head Of The Charles Regatta if ONE of the following criteria is met:
1. US Institutions must be a member in good-standing (the 2008 dues have been paid) and the institution has been a member since 1/1/2007 (i.e. held 2006 membership) with USRowing. The fee when submitting the Institutional Registration Card ("IRC") will be $25.
or
2. Non-US Institutions must be members in good-standing (the dues have been paid for the current year and the institution has been a member since 1/1/2007, i.e. held 2006 membership) with their nation's FISA-recognized governing body. The fee when submitting the Institutional Registration Card (IRC) will be $25.
or
3. Institutions not registered with their nation's FISA-recognized governing body must register for Institutional Membership with the Head Of The Charles Regatta (fee $200 prior to May 1/$250 thereafter). To be eligible to submit a 2008 Entry Application, the Institution must have been Institutional members of USRowing OR HOCR since 1/1/2007, i.e. held 2006 or earlier membership. Your institution does NOT have to be a member of USRowing for 2008.

If your Institution:

• was a member of USRowing or HOCR for the first time as of 1/1/07, you are eligible to apply for entries in the 2008 Regatta.
• became a member of USRowing or HOCR for the first time by 1/1/2008, you are eligible to apply for entries in the 2009 Regatta.
• became a member of USRowing or HOCR for the first time after 1/1/2008, you are eligible to apply for entries in 2010 Regatta.
