Please note, the deadline to submit athlete line-ups and waivers has been extended to Sunday, October 12 at noon. After this point, all line-ups and waivers must be submitted at Registration. Please find PDFs of the Boating Form and Athlete Waiver below. If you have questions on submitting your athlete line-up online, please contact RONIN Registration.

How to submit athlete line-ups:
Note: Crew entrants are required to submit line-ups by October 8, 2008. The designated crew official who applied should submit the line-up through their MY RONIN account. When athletes submit their waivers, birthdates and ages will be linked to the line-up. If a password was not selected at the time of registration, it was automatically set to the confirmation number (see the confirmation email). There is also the option to have your password emailed to you.
- Log into your MY RONIN account here. NOTE: All applicants have an account. If you did not create one, HOCR created one for you when your application was processed. Follow directions to have your password emailed to you.
- Once logged in, find the boat you wish to enter a line-up for and select "Edit Entry Information" from the drop-down menu to the right.
- You should be presented with a page that enables you to edit your information. Please make updates as necessary to your line-ups. If using a roster, please be sure that the email address you submit is the same email your athlete will be using to sign his/her waiver.
- All athletes and parents of minors most submit electronic waivers by Wednesday, October 8th via www.rowingwaivers.com
Check Waiver Status:
1. Log into your MY RONIN account here.
2. Once logged in, select "Manage Roster." A signed waiver is noted by a date (For example: 5/29/2008). An unsigned waiver is blank.
