COMPETITORS: ENTRY RULES & APPLICATIONS: ONLINE REGISTRATION
Please look for 2008 Entry applications in the Spring

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

  • Read the General Entry Rule Changes to review the changes to the 2008 General Entry Rules and IRC application process.
  • Be prepared to enter contact information
  • Be prepared with payment information (Credit card, check, ACH bank information)
  • Expect to spend 5-7 minutes applying.
  • For all Institutions competing in sweep-oared events, please be sure to fill out your Institutional Registration BEFORE submitting entry applications.
    Receipts can be viewed and printed through the RONIN account

    CREW APPLICATIONS

    Step 1: Submit Institutional Registration Card - Apply Online.
    For crews only. Scullers are not required to submit an IRC.

    Step 2: Submit Crew Applications - Available May, 2008
    NOTICE TO INSTITUTIONS: Only a desginated club/team official may submit the Institutional Registration Card and this MUST be the same individual to submit crew entry applications. Please contact the Regatta Office with questions. ALL CREWS submitting entries must complete an Institutional Registration Card (IRC) prior to completing a Crew Entry Application Form.     CHARITY APPLICATIONS:

    Would you like to raise money for a worthy organization and earn a guaranteed entry?
    **SPACE IS STILL AVAILABLE** By applying to the Charity Program, you are committing to raise at least $1,250 (per person/per entry) for one or more of these charities by July 1, 2008. All funds must be raised, collected, and remitted by the participants to the Regatta by July 1, 2008. Coxswains are included in this obligation.

    The Regatta will guarantee entry in the 2008 Regatta to the first 50 applicants (singles, doubles, eights and fours) to complete the Charity Program Application. All applications must be received by June 1, 2008.

    ENTRY DEADLINES:

    Charity Program Applications are due June 1.
    Singles Applications are due August 1.
    Doubles and Crew Applications are due September 1.
    Quad Applications are due October 8. Late applications will not be accepted.
