All interested food vendors should contact Mason Cox at (617) 868-6122 or mcox@hocr.org for information on how to participate. There are two main vending locations at the Weld Exhibition and Rowing & Fitness Expo.

CORPORATE DISPLAY AND PROMOTION OPPORTUNITIES
For information about corporate sales and sampling, mobile marketing and other on-site promotional opportunities please look at the sponsorship portion of the website HERE. Packages will be tailored to reach your target market, whether you would like to reach spectators at the Weld Exhibition area (near Harvard Square) or athletes at the Rowing & Fitness Expo.

NON-PROFIT EXHIBIT SPACE

INSURANCE: All on-site venodrs need to submit proof of insurance. Exhibitor shall obtain and maintain throughout the term of this Agreement, at its own cost and expense, general liability insurance naming HOCR and the Cambridge Boat Club, Inc. as additional insured in the amount of at least $1,000,000 combined single limit with a deductible not to exceed $2,500.
