  • Designation Rights
    • Partner shall be designated as an “Official Premier Sponsor of the Head Of The Charles® Regatta”
    • Use of the Head Of The Charles Regatta marks and logos in advertising/promotions
  • Presenting Rights to the Alumni Reunion Village
    • Right to marketing display within the Reunion Village venue located across from Harvard Business School
    • HOCR to work with Partner to create custom turn-key branding to promote brand
    • Presenting logo on all collateral materials associated with tent including: signage, invitations, promotions, etc…Reserved tents include university and organizations such as: Colby College, Dartmouth College Alumni, Duke University, George Washington University, Kent School, Middlesex School, Phillips Academy Andover, Princeton University, Trinity, University of California-Berkeley, etc…

  • Multiple On Site Promotional Kiosks
    • Right to multiple promotional areas at: Weld Exhibition, Attager Row: Rowing & Fitness Expo, Hospitality Row, Cambridge Boat Club and the Reunion Village
    • HOCR can help create fully turn-key booths including tent, tables, floors, carpet, signage, etc… from 10′ x 10′ spaces up to 40′ x 60′ retail experiences
    • Access to on-site electricity and wireless internet
  • Private Hospitality Tent
    • Right to 30′ x 50′ private hospitality tent upstream of the Eliot Bridge with 20′ x 20′ cook/catering prep tent, provided by the HOCR
    • Custom leveled floor with black Astroturf, provided by the HOCR
    • Turn-key exterior branding/signage installation assistance provided by the HOCR, if required
    • Electricity and wireless internet provided by the HOCR
    • Restroom facilities provided by the HOCR
    • Catering provided by Partner
  • On-Site Signage & Exposure
    • Partner logo on twenty (20) pole banners along the Charles River for one (1) month
    • Partner logo on a minimum of twenty (20) 120″ x 39″ mesh banners placed along pedestrian control fencing at the highest traffic locations along race course
    • Partner Listing on two (2) double sided 3′ x 5′ boards at the Official Results Tent located at the Rowing & Fitness Expo, or similar signage TBD
    • Partner logo on the entrance and main banner at the Directors’ Tent & Enclosure
    • One hundred (100) public address announcements over two (2) days scripted by Partner and read by HOCR volunteer announcers between races
  • Event Publications
    • Right to insert printed advertisement (not to exceed 8.5″ x 11″) in Athlete Registration Packets (2,250 total)
    • Partner logo and company summary (to be provided by Partner) to be included in Official Regatta Media guide distributed to all on-site media
    • Associate sized logo on all Athlete Registration Packets (2,250 total)
    • Associate sized logo on invitations to the Directors’ Tent & Enclosure
  • Guaranteed Exposure from Media Partners
    • Minimum of one hundred (100) mentions in HOCR radio spots with Official Media Partner, Great Media Boston Radio
    • Partner logo to be placed on special coverage page of Row2k.com

    • Right to dedicated page to promote Partner initiatives
    • Rotating (466px x 320px) Partner logo on hocr.org website bottom banner throughout entire website

    • HOCR to promote Partner in promotions on HOCR Facebook & Twitter accounts with public relations firm Elevate Communications
    • Partner has the rights to promote on Social Media accounts using the HOCR marks & logos
  • Proprietary Programs
    • Right to engage other HOCR sponsors in cross-promotional activities (introductions through the HOCR office)
    • Right to conduct contests or other PR events in the weeks preceding the HOCR
