2016 Entry Application is OPEN on RegattaCentral.
RegattaCentral staff is working to address a few issues discovered during final testing of features being utilized by the HOCR. To ensure optimal registration for both Guaranteed Entries and Applications RC staff is taking some extra time to ensure everything is in working order. Registration will now open at Noon EST this Friday (June 10th). On behalf of both the staff of the HOCR and RegattaCentral thank you for your patience!
SWEEP CREWS: Before submitting entries/applications all organizations must have a 2016 Institutional Registration Card (IRC). IRC’s are now available HERE.
Directors’ Challenge Events will open for registration on June 10, 2016 on RegattaCentral.
Directors’ Challenge Events are accepted on a first come, first serve basis
2016 Entry Deadlines:
Singles Applications: Due August 1st
Doubles and Crew Applications: Due September 1st
Directors’ Challenge: October 8th or when events fill to capacity (80 doubles, 60 quads, 30 Mixed 8+’s)
NOTE: Institutional Registrations must be submitted prior to Crew Entry Applications.
NOTE: Late applications will not be accepted.
Sweep Entry Applications
Step 1: Submit 2016 Institutional Registration (HERE)
Organizations unfamiliar with the IRC process can learn more at the above link. The Primary Contact for each institution must be 21 years of age or older
Step 2: Submit 2016 Entry Applications (opening in June)
Guaranteed entries and non-guaranteed entries will be submitted through the same application site. Institutions may submit up to four non-guaranteed sweep-oared entries in men’s event-divisions and up to four non-guaranteed sweep-oared entries in women’s event-divisions. Institutions may submit no more than one non-guaranteed entry per event-division.
