Race Weekend: A Guide for Volunteers
All volunteers should receive specific directions from their committee co-chairs on when they should arrive and where they should meet in advance of onsite arrival Regatta weekend. Please be sure that you have communicated with your co-chair and are confident arriving onsite. Below, please find general volunteer information. Note: This information may not apply to all committees or all shifts.
Volunteer Tent and Check-In Location
At the Finish Area Launch Site (FALS) off Soldiers Field Road.
Friday, October 21: 10:00am- 6:00pm
Saturday, October 22: 6:00am-5:00pm
Sunday, October 23: 6:00am-12:00pm
Parking & Shuttles
