Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI)

Partner shall obtain and maintain throughout the term of this Agreement, at its own cost and expense, general liability insurance naming Head Of The Charles Regatta, Inc. and the Cambridge Boat Club as additional insured in the amount of at least $1,000,000 combined single limit and including a waiver of subrogation in favor of such entities. HOCR shall obtain and maintain throughout the term of this Agreement, at its own cost and expense, general liability insurance naming Partner and its affiliates. as additional insured in the amount of at least $1,000,000 combined single limit and including a waiver of subrogation in favor of such entities. The policies required hereunder shall provide for thirty (30) day’s prior written notice to HOCR from the insurer by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, in the event of any material modification, cancellation, or termination of the policy. Additionally, each party shall obtain and/or maintain worker’s compensation insurance in such amount and form as may be required by applicable law.
