  • Food Vendors

    The Head Of The Charles Regatta seeks food vendors as the event attracted tens of thousands of hungry spectators each year to the banks o the Charles River. Registration closes on September 1st, apply HERE

    SUSTAINABILITY PLEDGE

    In an effort to reduce our impact on the Charles River and the natural environment, we are asking vendors to conform to the following guidelines.

    1. Single-use plastic bottles: No single-use plastic bottles may be sold during vending (including water, soda, and sports drinks). All beverages are to be sold in aluminum cans or compostable containers.

    2. No single-use plastic service-ware: No single-use plastic service-ware of any kind may be used during vending. This includes, but is not limited to, cups, plates, bowls, hinged or lidded containers, straws, cup lids, and utensils.

    3. Compostable materials: All food products to be served using compostable products (paper or plastic).

    4. Condiments: No single-use condiment containers. Condiments are to be dispensed using bulk containers.

    5. No Single-use plastic bags: no single-use plastic bags of any kind may be used during vending. This includes, but is not limited to, single-use plastic take-out bags.
